After a short sunset cruise to admire the colorful sky, you will be taken to a Motu, where you will experience under the stars, an exclusive, and romantic dinner experience.

Your guide will be your personal waiter for the three-course meal presented below, including drinks such as wine and champagne.

APETIZER :
· Uru Soup (breadfruit cream soup)

STARTER :
· Traditional Polynesian Raw Fish “cooked” by the lime and coconut milk (mixed with cucumber, shaved carrots and tomatoes)

MAIN COURSE :
· Fresh grilled shrimps, grilled Mahi Mahi & chicken Served with grilled local vegetables and vanilla rice
DESSERT :

Asortment of 3 desserts :
· Poe (made of starch, coconut milk and banana, a local famous specialty)
· Home-made cheesecake
