Cancel Policies
Rules
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start of your activity, we will refund 90% of the activity.
- 10% of the price of your excursion will not be refundable, this for the pre-booking fees (exchange rate, bank fee, online payment fee).
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the departure of your activity, we will charge 50% of the total price.
Note 1:
If the cancellation of an excursion is performed by our decision, 2 option are offered to you :
- Postpone the activity for another day.
- Get the total refund of the amount already paid.
Note 2:
- We allow ourselves to cancel or modify an excursion (itinerary), when the weather conditions are unstable and dangerous for our participants.
- The cancellation or modification could be decided by the guide himself, if necessary, at the last moment.
